Job Description

Employee Engagement, Employee Life Cycle and Retention:

. Develop & Conduct engagement Survey to assess the engagement level of the staff.

. Handling employee grievances and concerns

. Skip level forums, One on One, Floor visit, Exit Interviews to Increase engagement to aim reduce attrition % at practice level.

. Employee confirmation, Disciplinary actions, Leave and Attendance management

. Ensuring timely and smooth employee separations process is followed

Policies & Processes and Learning & Development:

. Implementation, Execution, Updating and Administration of Policies and procedures

. Timely monitor and review of all HR Compliance, Exit, Training, CCR

. Support in Training needs identification for the practice and work closely with L&D.

. Monitor & manage training programs by executions and development in existing module.
