Logistics Associate

1. Logistics Executive  -

Ø Managing and maintaining Auto-scheduling of trips for product delivery (LNG, CNG)

Ø Real-time monitoring of Driver Behaviour Monitoring System (DBMS) for identifying the violations of safety parameters

Ø Alerting the driver through announcements in case of any violated safety parameters

Ø Safety announcements to be made to the drivers in case of unusual trips and record to be maintained

Ø Any fault in instruments of DBMS is to be recorded and reported immediately

Ø Reporting all identified violations vs immediate actions to transport safety

Ø Preparation and publishing of MIS reports as per prescribed format and frequency

Ø Getting back-up of all violations and reports on daily basis in local storage

Ø All activities, incidents, actions taken, hand-over/take-over notes etc are to be recorded in E-logbook in each shift.

Ø Seeking immediate instruction from Transport Safety in case of any untoward situation.

Attending Toll-free calls related to Logistics and responding as per established protocol and recording in e-logbook.

Education:     Diploma / Graduate (B.E / B.TECH. preferable)

Years of Experience:    Experience in Logistics Management with Min 3 years preferably in CGD/Oil & Gas Industry/Power Station/Any Hazardous goods transportation

Desired Skills/Competencies/Values:

1. Basic knowledge in Supply chain management (handling vehicle and driver in day-to-day operation)

2. Basic understanding of Vehicle Tracking System(VTS)

3. Experience in Surveillance monitoring is preferred (added advantage)

4. Experience in Logistics safety or road safety is preferred (added advantage)

5. Proficiency in soft skills (MS Office, computer knowledge etc)

6. Good analytical skill

7. Incumbents shall have to operate in 24/7 shifts as per HR prescribed timelines.
