Manager

Basic Education:

• Graduate degree in Commerce or Finance
• Master’s degree in Finance or Business 

Necessary Skills:

• Individual contributor who can work independently.
• Finance budgeting and forecasting skills
• Good understanding Procurement (P2P) cycle and Asset management
• Vendor Management skills and coordination for external resource fulfillment.
• Very good in analytical & logical thinking on different perspectives. 
• Ability to handle challenges & resolve any blockers.
• Good team player & proactive in giving new ideas/suggestions/solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Cross-functional PMO skills.
• Good Knowledge in Finance, P2P and asset management process
• ERP -SAP, PC tool for vendor management.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Handle department Budget forecasting and management.
• Monthly budget status reporting to HoD and managers
• Create PR and follow up with procurement for quote and PO release.
• Follow up and coordinate for delivery of asset and capitalization process
• Review department asset and coordinate with IT for allocation 
• Work with VMO Team for external demand fulfillment and report to management.
• Adhoc support to project Team in planning and coordination.
