Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing strategy and planning: • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target segments and opportunities for growth. • Assist in the creation of annual marketing plans, budgets, and timelines. 2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: • Support initiatives to improve customer engagement and loyalty, such as customer surveys, feedback programs, and customer events. • Foster positive relationships with existing customers and respond to their inquiries promptly. 3. Market Intelligence and Competitor analysis: • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for differentiation and improvement. • Use market intelligence to inform marketing strategies and adapt to changing market conditions. 4. Collaboration and cross functional support: • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Provide marketing support for new product launches, promotional activities, and business development initiatives. Qualification & Skills: • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience (4 - 6+ years) in marketing, minimum 2 years in the energy or Oil & Gas industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous
