MIS Lead

Job Title: MIS Lead (Management Information Systems)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MIS Lead to manage data reporting, analytics, and dashboarding processes. The role involves leading MIS operations, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the MIS team for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

• Analyze business data and provide insights for performance improvement.

• Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel / BI tools.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requirements.

• Monitor KPIs and highlight deviations with actionable recommendations.

• Maintain data security and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA)

• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / SQL

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of data management and reporting systems

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Team handling experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or related field

• 4–8 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis role

• Prior experience in team leadership preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems

• Experience in automation and data visualization

• Exposure to business operations / finance / sales reporting
