Monitoring, configuration, control, maintenance, change management and problem management of the Storage environment

Reports on performance of the storage systems

Coordination with the Touch Services Team, DC partner, 3rd parties and cross-functional groups for end-to-end storage and backup services

Install, configure as well as maintain storage hardware backup inclusive of physical plus virtual tape libraries or drives along with disk storage targets

Perform activities related to install, configure and managing SAN devices and fiber switches
