Job Description – NW Designing & Optimisation Engineer with Additional MIS skillset

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and intelligent MIS professional with exceptional problem-solving ability and strong business understanding. The ideal candidate should possess excellent IQ, logical thinking, data interpretation capability, and the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.

The role requires someone who can independently manage reporting systems, identify trends, automate processes, and support strategic decision-making through accurate and meaningful MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS dashboards, reports, and trackers.

• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights.

• Monitor network KPIs, performance trends, and operational metrics.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

• Identify gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.

• Build advanced Excel models and reporting automation solutions.

• Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.

• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic presentations.

• Continuously improve reporting efficiency and analytical frameworks.

Required Skills

• Exceptional analytical and logical reasoning capability.

• High IQ with strong problem-solving mindset.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Power Query, Macros preferred).

• Good understanding of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to understand business problems and convert data into insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fast learner with proactive and ownership-driven attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Analytics.

• Experience in automation and dashboard development will be an added advantage.
