PMO

s part of the PMO team your responsibilities include:

Operations Metrics & Reporting:

• Create and Maintain Portfolio performance reporting on a periodic basis.

• Analyze Portfolio performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership through reporting.

• Audit accuracy of data pulled from different sources, build an early warning control in the process to make sure we remain the single source of truth.

• Collaboration with DT stakeholders to understand the reporting requirements and make sure information delivered is on-time and & accurate to stakeholders.

• Should be able to work with Analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel to perform advance analytics to serve clients.

• Create meaningful and insightful dashboards with Advanced Excel and Macros for Executive Leadership reporting.

• Monitor the completeness of PCR data available on SharePoint SAP HANA and collaborate with Project Managers to have up-to date and appropriate responses

• Take lead in working closely with PMO team members to support & provide mentorship to manage PCR more accurately.

Project Management Support:

• Should have the fundamental understanding of Project Management concepts and understanding of Project Lifecyle models.

• Prepare and update the PCR for all Projects and maintain the project actuals & forecast for all Projects

• Provide guidance to Stakeholders with actionable insights based on Project cost reporting.

• By leveraging data, lead/facilitate continuous improvement in PMO processes and work closely with PMO Team and Leadership in driving improvements.

• Perform Quality audits of projects in terms of compliance with PMO and ServiceNow SPM standards.
