Procurement Activities
▪ Conduct end-to-end procurement for administrative supplies and small-scale IT purchases
▪ Request, compare, and evaluate vendor quotations
▪ Maintain vendor databases and relationships
▪ Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely order placement via ERP
▪ Track deliveries, verify goods received, and coordinate with internal teams
▪ Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies
Data Management & Reporting
▪ Maintain, update, and track operational data in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
▪ Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as required
▪ Manage documentation related to procurement, invoicing
ERP & MS Office Operations
▪ Create, manage, and track transactions in the ERP system
▪ Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, documentation, and
communication
Preferred Candidate
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc. preferred)
Experience Required:
▪ 5+ years of experience in procurement, admin operations, or related roles
▪ Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Dashboards preferred)
▪ Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or similar)
▪ Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
▪ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines
▪ High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
