About the Role
The Procurement Enablement/Technology Team is seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic team
supporting ServiceNow solutions across the organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between
business stakeholders and technical implementation teams, ensuring successful solution delivery and
adoption. What You'll Do
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements GatheringPartner directly with business stakeholders to
understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Workshop Facilitation & Project LeadershipPlan, coordinate, and lead workshops that bring together
cross-functional teams. Guide discussions to uncover requirements, validate solutions, and drive
consensus among diverse stakeholder groups. Technical Communication & Customer ServiceAct as the primary point of contact for technical
questions from stakeholders. Provide responsive, clear guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, solution
design considerations, and best practices. Break down complex technical concepts into accessible
language for non-technical audiences. Data Analysis, Reporting & VisualizationLeverage strong analytical skills to extract insights from
ServiceNow data. Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide
stakeholders with actionable intelligence. Manage data quality and integrity to ensure accurate, reliable reporting that drives informed decision-making. Collaboration & Ecosystem ManagementFoster a cohesive product ecosystem by working closely
with content stakeholders and project teams. Identify opportunities for integration, standardization, and synergy across different ServiceNow solutions and business units. Solution Implementation SupportSupport the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through
deployment and adoption. Ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to platform
standards and architectural principles. What We're Looking For Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, data management, and creating data
visualizations Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in a technical environment Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders Strong facilitation and workshop management skills Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences Customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and competing priorities Collaborative approach with a focus on building partnerships across teams
Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms is a plus
