Project Coordintator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling telecom projects (e.g., network rollout, 4G/5G upgrades)

• Coordinate with internal teams (RF engineers, field technicians, vendors, contractors)

• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates

• Monitor resource allocation and material availability (cables, equipment, etc.)

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and government authorities for permits and approvals

• Identify risks/issues and escalate to the Project Manager

• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and safety standards

• Support billing, invoicing, and cost tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in telecom or project coordination (freshers may qualify for junior roles)

• Basic understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber optics, BTS, towers, etc.)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or similar tools

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telecom projects (FTTH, 4G/5G rollout)

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

• Familiarity with tools like Primavera, Jira, or SAP

• Vendor management experience
