Manage end-to-end execution of telecom transmission & integration projects
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for site readiness and integration
Perform installation, commissioning, and integration of telecom equipment (MW, Fiber, BTS, etc.)
Ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and quality standards
Conduct site surveys and feasibility analysis
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Support network optimization and acceptance testing
