Project Manager IT

Core Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.

• Budget & Resource Management: Allocate project resources, forecast requirements, and manage the budget to prevent overruns.

• Schedule Tracking: Create project schedules, set strict milestones, and monitor daily progress to ensure strict deadlines are met.

• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and guide project teams. Assign tasks based on strengths and foster cross-functional collaboration.

• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and leadership regarding project status, milestones, and solutions.

• Quality Assurance: Set quality standards, conduct evaluations, and ensure final deliverables meet client expectations
