QA Automation Engineer

QA Automation : Roles & Responsibilities

•Perform Test Automation for Frontend and Backend Applications
•Responsible for providing estimates for the tasks and execute in each Sprint
•Take ownership and keep the Target Test Suites up-to-date with latest features for each release
•Follow the defined standard guidelines

Mandatory Technical Skills
•3-7 years of experience in Test Automation and Manual testing
•Strong working experience in UI Automation with Selenium and Appium for web and mobile applications.
•Good working knowledge of API Test Automation using Rest Assured or equivalent tools
•Strong in OOPs concept with hands on experience in Core Java Programing
•Good understanding of Apache-Maven, Git, and other source code management tools
•Hands on experience in Test management and defect management tools like JIRA, Xray or equivalent.

Good to have Technical Skills
•Performance Testing using Jmeter
•Experience in Database Testing using MySql, Cloud technologies - Azure or AWS
•ISTQB/CSTE certifications
