QA Associate

Role Overview

The role is intended to support day-to-day activities within Corporate Quality, with a strong focus on stakeholder interaction, coordination, and follow-up. This position offers an excellent learning opportunity to gain exposure to corporate processes, quality governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• QMS Documentation Management:

-Support the creation, review, update, and maintenance of QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and guidelines.

-Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and global quality frameworks.

-Maintain document version control, approvals, and repository management within the QMS system.

-Assist teams in structuring and standardizing process documentation.

• Key Responsibilities :
  -Support daily Corporate Quality operations and coordination activities
  -Interact with internal stakeholders across functions to collect inputs, share information, and follow up on actions
  -Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and reviews, including agenda preparation and minutes of meeting
  -Support preparation and maintenance of presentations, documents, trackers, and reports
  -Follow up on action items and support timely closure
  -Assist the team in process documentation and basic quality-related activities
  -Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Quality team
