Inward Section

. Receiving the Bearing as per PDR report from production channel.

. Material inward in system as per PDR report.

. To co-ordinate for material movement in Stores

. To co-ordinate for maintenance & house-keeping.

Dispatch Section

. Prepare Invoices as per schedule with system support.

. Follow up the Road Permit's As well As Required document for the Dispatch Invoices.

. & Fill up road permit as per delivery destination wise.

. To the arrange transport vehicle as per destination & weight wise

. Maintain the air & train through dispatch data as well as freight including value Data.

. Maintain the old mrp data as per bearing type.

. Maintain the documents like Invoices, Road Permits, lorry receipt (LR) for Records.

. To Follow up for reach the Material on time to customers end.

. In SAP System Create ASN as Per Customer wise.(
