Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Candidate Management

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn and Naukri.

  • Review and screen direct applicant resumes to assess qualifications.

  • Determine candidate suitability and disposition unqualified applicants in the ATS.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday.

Applicant Tracking & Systems

  • Utilize Workday as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate workflows.

  • Ensure timely updates of candidate status and documentation within the system.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Coordinate logistics including calendar management and interview confirmations.

  • Join interview kick-off meetings with hiring managers and capture screenshots of attendees for tracking purposes.

Team Support

  • Assist with additional projects and administrative tasks across the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

  • Support process improvements and recruiting initiatives when required.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition (preferred).

  • Experience sourcing via LinkedIn and Naukri.

  • Familiarity with Workday or other ATS platforms preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
