Safety Engineer

§  Supports site management on EHS requirements and performance

§  Helps to ensure EHS control plan is fully implemented (Training, Maintenance, sampling and monitoring)

§  Helps identify unsafe conditions and environmental risks and recommends action plans

§  Analyses accidents, incidents and occupational illnesses to set action plans with management

§  Evaluates working conditions and site conformity to the legislation. Advises plant management in case of non-conformance in environmental, safety or working conditions. Proposes improvement of working conditions.

§  Handling of MPCB consent work like

• Interaction with Govt. Official and visiting the offices as per requirement
• Consent to Establish
• Consent to Operation
• Consent to Renewal
• ETP and STP fulfilment of legal application
• FORM 4 (Hazardous waste annual return)
• Form -10 (Manifesto), Form -5 (Environmental Statement)

§   DISH

• Interaction with Govt. Official and visiting the offices as per requirement
• All necessary amendments like MOD Number, Emergency plan etc .
• Stability certificate and plan approval
• Plan Approval
• Change of Occupier
• Lifting tools and tackle testing and its documentation
• Pressure testing of Plant equipment and its documentation

§  MIDC FIRE

• Interaction with Govt. Official and visiting the offices as per requirement
• Form B submission
• Provisional /Final NOC
