1. Creation of processes Audits Formats/ Checklists as per the regulation and getting the same implemented.
2. Facilitating field team in implementation of provisions of ERDMP.
3. Identification of potential vendors for Electrical Audits.
4. Training of Field team on different aspects of Audits.
5. Coordinating with the Zones, Divisions for ensuring timely completion of Audits and closure of Non conformity observed in the Audits.
6. Publishing Weekly and Monthly MIS to Management.
7. Preparing reports for submission to Government Authorities
8. Ensuring timely Payment for vendor
9. Resolving issues arises at filed team
