Conduct market visits as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) and assigned beat, ensuring a minimum of 40 outlet calls per day.
Sales Achievement:
Achieve the daily billing target of ₹50,000 each for SW and NSW categories, with a strong focus on value-added product placement.
Distributor & Order Management:
Coordinate with the DBR for stock availability, submit daily orders, and ensure timely supply of products to the market.
Brand Visibility:
Ensure effective utilization and placement of POP materials to improve product visibility across outlets.
Reporting & System Usage:
Maintain daily reporting, escalate market or app-related issues promptly, and ensure all orders and billing are processed through the Parry Connect App.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Daily outlet coverage (Minimum 40 calls)

· Local Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the local market and retail network.
· Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
· Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using mobile applications for order booking and reporting.
· Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in the local language and ability to interact with retailers and distributors.
