JD Sales Coordinator:
SAP (SCOOP) Administration:
· Is in charge of updating prices into the system as per approval.
· Creates and updates of open & closed sales orders as per approval.
· Coordinate & implement changes in SAP (If any) with support of division team.
· These changes may occur due to changes at customer end / Government Taxes/ changes due to any other reason.
Payment Related Activities:
· Monthly reports preparation - Collection Plan, Overdue Report etc.
· Payment follow up with customers.
Internal System Updates:
· Is in charge of uploading Budget volume & sales in Plastic Omnium System.
· Liaise with division for Budget activities.
· Payment reconciliation with customers as well with internal team like SCM, Quality, Finance etc.
Other Activities:
· Provide support during internal & external audit.
Experience: 2-5 years
