• The role supports the selling process by providing industry, product and/or technology /domain research expertise for specific sales opportunities, pursuits and/or accounts.
• Engage with the business teams to extensively research market data and present trends in the chosen industry vertical.
• Through engagement in the sales process, defines and enhances the value propositions that clients receive.
• In partnership with the sales Account Managers and/or the pursuit team builds and maintains relationships for the purpose of contributing and growing Fiserv revenue and growth objectives.
• Through the assistance of and in partnership with the Account Management function.
• Perform sales support activities including, but not limited to, contract renewal support and proposal development.
• Also responsible for executing, managing and proposing customer contracts to drive product penetration and services' revenue.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for any logistics/contract related/client engagement support to the sales team
• Work with the Business Head on data gathering/providing valuable insights on new sales.
• Reporting support for the India business.
