SAP CONCUR –

-            Good Communication oral and writing skills.

-            Experience in support projects and Ticketing tools.

-            Configuration of country specific expense policies and expense types.

-            Configuration of expense forms and fields, workflows, audit rules, receipt handling and payment types.

-            Good exposure on SAP Concur integration (ICS Connector) configuration and BAdI’s for customizations.

-            Working experience of expense pay functionality.

-            Good exposure on SSO enablement and employee feed imports for 305, 320, 350 and 700 record types.

-            Resource should be able to provide application support, manage system configurations, and implement functional enhancements in SAP Concur.

             -            Perform testing and validation of the system across different application environments/instances during system upgrades.
