Core Responsibilities
Process Design: Translate business needs into functional specifications and create business blueprints.
System Configuration: Configure SAP SD modules (sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, and logistics execution) to align with client requirements.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SD with Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Production Planning (PP).
Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support & Training: Troubleshoot system issues, resolve bugs, and provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
