JOB DESCRIPTION: Contribute to meeting customer business objectives and marketing objectives and developing incremental investment into Google.
Support outcomes and track product adoption for multiple customers, with some guidance from manager or senior team members.
Implement campaign solutions, identify account opportunities, and scale solutions.
Select appropriate approaches from clear options to address challenges.
Challenge
Apply standard/common tools, resources, and processes to advertisers??? defined problems, and unlock opportunities with magnitude beyond an L2.
Escalate complex challenges to senior team members or managers.
Analyze trends and identify new strategies with magnitude beyond an L2.

Work in a team setting by sharing knowledge when relevant to task.
Develop working relationships outside the team to contribute to cross-project collaborations.
Interface and engage with customers, developing effective relationships.
Communicate with partners and stakeholders, handling objections and offering alternative solutions, and seeking guidance from managers when there is friction.

Possess a foundational understanding of digital advertising and an in-depth expertise of the supported product with an awareness of when to seek additional support and guidance.

Responsibilities under the direction of Google Manager
Build knowledge
Build essential knowledge about digital marketing/advertising, Google products, competitor offerings, and Industry vertical and stay current in the advertising environment and competitive landscape through required training and other resources.
Collaborate with in-market cross-functional teams (e.g., GBO Sales, GTM, GTech)
Develop growth plans for large advertisers through collaboration with industry managers from in-market cross-functional teams (e.g., GBO sales, GTM, GTech) with some guidance.
Identify account opportunities
Create and support multi-product solution promotions and collaborate with in-market sales teams to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers with some guidance.
Lead with insights
Draw interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, provide data-driven tactical recommendations to customers and leadership based on analyzes.
Leverage and evolve the support ecosystem
Leverage support ecosystem and contribute and identify relevant opportunities to bring efficiency through vendorization and automation for a customer in terms of different levers including digital maturity, sophistication, overall marketing and product mix (e.g., only search vs. multi-channel diversity), and attribution of value with some guidance.
Manage account growth and performance
Manage account growth and performance through campaign solutions implementation across products areas (e.g., Search, Display, YouTube), driving customer success and investment in product areas.
