Working on Inhouse/Corporate recruitment requirements under revenue generation model.
• Roles – Azure(Devops, Infra & Data & Analytics), Developers(ASP.NET, MVC, .NET core), QA
Engineer, SQL DBA, SQL Developers, Power BI Developers, MSBI Developers, Automation
Engineer (RPA Developers - UiPath), Business Analyst, Project/Product/Program Manager,
Business Operations Manager, IT Auditors, Risk & Compliance (Controls Testing & Operational
Risk), IT Governance, Risk & Controls, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment responsibilities from sourcing, screening, shortlisting of
candidates, scheduling interviews of qualified candidates, collecting feedback from interviewers,
tracking all the way till offer and follow-up with offered candidates till they join.
• Identifying various recruitment strategies for sourcing candidates through employee referrals,
networking, workday, internal database, social media & postings on job portals.
• Maintains SLA's through efficient and effective recruiting practices.
• Coordinating with TA Manager, Hiring manager & Technical business teams for interview process,
new open position, modification in the current opening & forecasting.• Pre-screen resumes and conduct phone screens with candidates.
• Included in activities like offer negotiations, preparation & rolling out.
• Reviewing pay slips, offer/appointment letter of candidates during offer negotiation.
• Troubleshooting the requirement while working on a niche role.
• Preparing fitment for offer approval & providing justification to business on the same.
• Preparing & reviewing MOM after every calibration call concluded with Hiring Manager &
Business.
