Sales orders management / Execution through SAP.

● Planning and execution for packing and dispatch of Finished Goods

● Daily Inward (Stores) and outward (Dispatch) MIS Report making & circulate to concern department.

● Monitoring delivery performances from Invoice date to Delivery at customer of all the shipments.

● attending daily meeting with all stakeholders to provide performance feedback or todiscuss

downtime, KPIS, transportation Related issue.

● Preparation of shop wise plan and execution of inbound material receipt to fulfill of the production

demand.

● Ensure availability of material at right consumption point within control time and escalation of

material non availability situations as per min max level to disposition orconcern stake holders in

order to ensure uptime of production levels

●Controlling EOP Parts and model year change parts/ Change Management inventory toavoid

generation of non-moving inventory/obsolescence material

● Ensure to daily submission of GST Invoice, Waybill and Supplier Invoice to Finance.

●Collaborating with production and quality department for daily assembly line relatedissues for

smooth production

● Tracking import and Domestic supplier vehicle for avoiding detentions of container byunloading as fast

as possible

● well versed with Export packing and documentation pre and post shipment.

● Co coordinating with CHA & Freight Forwarder for timely receipt of Import Material as well as timely

dispatch of Export Material to overseas customer.

● Optimization transport modes, routes to achieve the desired delivery performance.

● Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation.

● Ensuring vehicles get delivered as per company specified standard Transit Time.

● Resolve problems concerning transportation, Logistics systems or customer issues.

● Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with businesses systems or processes such

as customer sales, order management, accounting or shipping etc.

● Handling Transportation of Inbound & Outbound operations (Truck Load & Container Load)

● Arrange packing materials (bins, wooden pallet, box, Empty trolleys, cage,) for materialpackaging and

sending dispatch material.

● Ensuring proper documentation for storage, faster clearance for the storage items receipts

● monitoring the performance of the Transporters & Services of 3PL & Transporters through KRA, KPI &

MIS reports.

● Managing Supply Chain for distributing goods in warehouse to the end users for achievement of

targets within specified parameters.

● Controlling & monitoring on B2B, B2C & E-Commerce each & every shipments.

● well versed with Plant to Branch and Branch to end customer transaction.

● Handled Insurance claim in case vehicle meet an accident.
