About the role Role: Senior Product Manager Business: HR Tech Sub-Department/Function: Product Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Product Head We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our products and will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful product management, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Role & Responsibilities: ● Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals that facilitates the creation and maintenance of a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and timelines. ● Assessment of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine and adjust the product strategy. ● Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, lead the product development process, ensuring timely delivery and launch of high-quality products. ● Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze customer feedback, usage data, and other metrics to make data-driven decisions and make necessary adjustments to optimize results and identify areas for improvement. ● Conduct regular sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives to optimize the development workflow. ● Lead initiatives to optimize existing products, enhance features, and address user concerns. Education & Experience ● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. ● Proven experience 5-6 years as a Product Manager, with a focus on B2B software or technology products, preferably from HRMS background. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative and inclusive manner. ● Track record of successfully bringing products to market and driving their success. ● Familiarity with agile development methodologies. ● Strong understanding of user experience and design principles
