Should have Reconciliation production support experience who works in IT department but not in Operations.
Should have knowledge and resolve issues related to Reconciliation Application Management.
Having very basic SQL knowledge is added advantage.
Minimum 8 years of working experience with financial applications such as ReconArt, Frontier, Intellimatch, etc.
Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with Bachelors in Engineering or Accounting
Domain experience & expertise in managing the finance reconciliation processes is mandatory
Experience in Payments processing and dealing with huge volumes of data
Experience in administering automated financial reconciliation systems in a complex and growing environment
Strong technical experience with payment and banking systems.
Strong SQL Knowledge writes SQL queries to store, sort, and retrieve data. These can range from basic commands like read, write, create, and update to complex commands that fetch and manage data across multiple tables.
Strong data analytical skills, is data-driven and should know how to prioritize and deliver against multiple project deadlines and milestones
Experience in designing, building and supporting rule based systems
Excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with others
Strong business acumen as well as an ability to translate business requirements into global process and systems that drive consistent data processing, reconciliation and analysis
