Job Description

Equipment (Asset) Strategy - skillsets including Asset Performance Management (APM) experience and reliability maintenance tools. This is non-SAP and tool agnostic requirement.

Experience with designing processes for Failure Mode effect analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Risk & Criticality Analysis, Risk based Inspection, Thickness monitoring, Corrosion Analysis, Equipment Degradation Analysis, Field Inspection Management.
At least 7 + years of experience, reliability professional
Must have experience with providing guidance on reliability tool evaluation process.
Provide insight on what industry standards in reliability area.
Facilitate evaluation assessment for potential pre-RFP work.
Hands on experience on APM tools like Meridium (GE APM), Credo or Aveva
Must have experience in planning and facilitation of process design workshops.

Turnaround Management - skillsets including Turnaround Management experience and tools. This is non-SAP and tool agnostic requirement.

Experience with designing processes for Turnaround Budgeting, Turnaround Planning, Turnaround Scheduling, Turnaround Execution and reporting
At least 7 + years of experience, Turnaround Management professional
Must have experience with providing guidance on Turnaround Management tool evaluation process.
Provide insight on what industry standards in Turnaround Management area.
Facilitate evaluation assessment for potential pre-RFP work.
Hands on experience on Turnaround tools like Prometheus STO Planner, Primavera P6 or Cleopatra
Must have experience in planning and facilitation of process design workshops.
