Job Description: The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate
technical documentation for our products and services in Network & Network Security area. The ideal
candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate
complex technical concepts effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Research, write, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including user manuals,
guides, specifications, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy
and completeness of documentation.
• Organize and structure content in a user-friendly format, following established style
guidelines and templates.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for end-users.
• Update and maintain existing documentation to reflect product changes and enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and
operations, to ensure alignment of documentation with product features and functionality.
• Continuously improve documentation processes and standards to enhance quality and
usability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of technical
documentation.
