Work Experience

Service Desk Engineer - Plaxonic Technical Service, Pune (From 5th Dec 2024 to Current)

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools.

  • Installed, configured, and maintained hardware and software, including desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.

  • Support Windows, Office 365, VPN, and network connectivity issues.

  • Managed print services, including printer setup, driver configuration.

  • Perform password resets, accounts unlocks, and group policy management.

  • Log, track and manage incidents and service requests in ticketing systems.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Computer Application (2023-2024) - 81.51%

  • Technical Qualifications: CompTIA (A+ & N+), MCTS, CCNA
