Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools.
Installed, configured, and maintained hardware and software, including desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Support Windows, Office 365, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
Managed print services, including printer setup, driver configuration.
Perform password resets, accounts unlocks, and group policy management.
Log, track and manage incidents and service requests in ticketing systems.
Bachelor of Computer Application (2023-2024) - 81.51%
Technical Qualifications: CompTIA (A+ & N+), MCTS, CCNA
