Roles:-  Daily team monitoring & reporting to Manager  Lead the team for common goal of organization

 Monitor operation to ensure that they meet production and process

standard

 Checking fixture of overall production line

 Support to other shop for root cause of defects analysis

 Following quality standards and safety targets and meet Production

targets

 Identify the Maintenance related major problems note down and submit to

maintenances team

 Line side suggestion and Kaizen for better work environment
