Technical Support Job Description Responsibilities: Diagnosing & Troubleshooting technical issues. Monitoring systems performance, Queues and third-party subscriptions. Coordinating with Operations team to provide technical feedback, prioritize issues, educating fixes / alternate solutions Following up with technical team to ensure the identified problem is resolved. Testing and evaluating new technologies, compatibility of new applications with existing ones. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Providing periodic reports and analysis of the technical issues Preparing documentation and SOPs for resolutions Skill requirements Degree in computer science or information technology. Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in tech support or a similar role (not just application support) Basic Knowledge of languages such as NodeJS, Java, MongoDB, MYSQL etc. Proficiency in Windows/Linux. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
