Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems

  • Handle hardware and software issues, including upgrades and replacements

  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights (Active Directory)

  • Install and support business applications like MS Office, Outlook, VPN, etc.

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration)

  • Provide support for email configuration and issues (Outlook, Exchange)

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution (SLA-based support)

  • Perform system maintenance, updates, and patching

  • Support remote users via remote desktop tools

  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements

  • Ensure data backup and antivirus updates are properly managed

  • Assist in IT infrastructure setup for new employees (laptop, access, email, etc.)

  • Follow IT security policies and compliance standards
