Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems
Handle hardware and software issues, including upgrades and replacements
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights (Active Directory)
Install and support business applications like MS Office, Outlook, VPN, etc.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
Provide support for email configuration and issues (Outlook, Exchange)
Respond to helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution (SLA-based support)
Perform system maintenance, updates, and patching
Support remote users via remote desktop tools
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
Ensure data backup and antivirus updates are properly managed
Assist in IT infrastructure setup for new employees (laptop, access, email, etc.)
Follow IT security policies and compliance standards
