Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Handle OS-related issues (Windows, macOS, Linux basic support)
Troubleshoot printer, scanner, and device connectivity problems
Install and configure:
Operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Software applications and tools
Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates
Set up new machines and user environments
Troubleshoot:
LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN connectivity issues
IP configuration and DNS problems
Coordinate with network teams for escalations
Respond to user queries via tickets, calls, or emails
Log incidents in tools like:
ServiceNow
JIRA
Ensure timely resolution within SLA
Manage:
User accounts
Password resets
Access permissions (Active Directory)
Ensure endpoint security policies are followed
Install and monitor antivirus/security tools
