Job Description

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

  • Handle OS-related issues (Windows, macOS, Linux basic support)

  • Troubleshoot printer, scanner, and device connectivity problems


🖥️ 2. System Installation & Configuration

  • Install and configure:

    • Operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)

    • Software applications and tools

  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates

  • Set up new machines and user environments


🌐 3. Network & Connectivity Support

  • Troubleshoot:

    • LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN connectivity issues

    • IP configuration and DNS problems

  • Coordinate with network teams for escalations


👤 4. User Support & Incident Handling

  • Respond to user queries via tickets, calls, or emails

  • Log incidents in tools like:

    • ServiceNow

    • JIRA

  • Ensure timely resolution within SLA


🔐 5. Access Management & Security

  • Manage:

    • User accounts

    • Password resets

    • Access permissions (Active Directory)

  • Ensure endpoint security policies are followed

  • Install and monitor antivirus/security tools
