Provide first-level and second-level support to users
Troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners)
Resolve software problems (OS errors, application crashes)
Support remote users via tools like Remote Desktop or VPN
Install and configure:
Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Software applications (MS Office, antivirus, etc.)
Set up and maintain:
Desktop/laptop systems
Printers and other peripherals
Perform system upgrades and patches
Assist with basic network issues:
LAN/WAN connectivity
Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Configure IP settings, DNS, and network access
Support VPN connectivity for remote users
Install and update antivirus software
Apply security patches and updates
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights
Ensure systems follow company security policies
Maintain records of IT assets (hardware/software)
Track system allocation and lifecycle
Manage warranty and repair records
Diagnose and fix system issues quickly
Perform regular maintenance (disk cleanup, updates)
