Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty components
Set up new user workstations
Install and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Install, update, and troubleshoot applications (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Perform software upgrades and patch management
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues
Set up VPN access
Assist with Wi-Fi connectivity problems
Basic troubleshooting of switches and routers
Create, modify, and disable user accounts (Active Directory)
Reset passwords and manage permissions
Configure email accounts and shared drives
Respond to service desk tickets and calls
Provide remote support using tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP, etc.)
Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
