Job Description

1. 🖥️ Hardware Support

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals

  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty components

  • Set up new user workstations

2. 💻 Software Support

  • Install and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)

  • Install, update, and troubleshoot applications (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

  • Perform software upgrades and patch management

3. 🌐 Network Support

  • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues

  • Set up VPN access

  • Assist with Wi-Fi connectivity problems

  • Basic troubleshooting of switches and routers

4. 🔐 User Account & Access Management

  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts (Active Directory)

  • Reset passwords and manage permissions

  • Configure email accounts and shared drives

5. 🎧 Helpdesk & Ticketing Support

  • Respond to service desk tickets and calls

  • Provide remote support using tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP, etc.)

  • Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
