For A Client Of TeamLease Digital
Provide first-level (L1) and second-level (L2) support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Install and upgrade OS, drivers, and applications
Configure email clients (Outlook), printers, scanners, and other devices
Set up new systems for employees (user onboarding)
Respond to IT tickets, calls, and emails within SLA timelines
Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
Login/access problems
Software errors
Connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
Provide remote and on-site support
Troubleshoot basic network issues (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Support VPN connectivity and remote access tools
Coordinate with network teams for major issues
Diagnose and repair desktop/laptop hardware issues
Replace faulty components (RAM, HDD/SSD, power supply, etc.)
Maintain inventory of IT assets
Install and update antivirus and security patches
Ensure systems comply with IT policies and security standards
Manage user access and permissions (Active Directory)
