We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product/service information, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Coordinate with internal teams for problem resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work in shifts if required.
Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or support roles is preferred.
