Support applications such as Microsoft Office
Install and configure:
Operating systems
Software applications
Printers and scanners
Set up new systems and user accounts
Diagnose and repair hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard)
Replace faulty components
Maintain inventory of IT equipment
Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues
Configure IP settings, VPNs, and network printers
