Job Description

1. Technical Support

  • Provide first-level and second-level support to users

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Resolve problems related to operating systems like Microsoft Windows, macOS, or Linux

  • Support applications such as Microsoft Office


2. Installation & Configuration

  • Install and configure:

    • Operating systems

    • Software applications

    • Printers and scanners

  • Set up new systems and user accounts


3. Hardware Management

  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard)

  • Replace faulty components

  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment


4. Network Support

  • Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues

  • Configure IP settings, VPNs, and network printers

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
