Handle support requests via calls, emails, or ticketing systems
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
Perform OS installations and upgrades (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Install and configure business applications and tools
Diagnose and resolve system errors, crashes, and performance issues
Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) problems
Provide quick resolution or escalate complex issues to higher-level teams
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts
Manage access permissions using tools like Active Directory
Reset passwords and ensure access compliance
Track and maintain inventory of IT assets (desktops, laptops, accessories)
Ensure proper asset allocation and documentation
Coordinate hardware replacements and upgrades
