WAS Admin

Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the WAS operations, customer service,problem resolution, and multiple platforms support (e.g. Unix/Linux,SAN, and NAS) including migration and implementation supports. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications required. Experience in security and control areas, such as disaster recovery and services level agreement. General understanding of the ITIL process and how they fit into the ITO organizations Strong oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of the Request Center, Resource Center tools Strong knowledge, understanding and experience working with various internal partners
