RF Optimization Engineer

The candidate should have these skills:

• Monitor and validate performance of newly rolled-out 4G and 5G sites during rollout phases.

• Ensure sites are delivered without alarms, baseline deviations, feature deviations, RSSI issues, VSWR issues, or service degradation.

• Perform Site Performance Validation and 48-hour KPI performance checks after site activation.

• Analyze network KPIs to confirm compliance with rollout acceptance criteria.

• Investigate and highlight any deviations or performance issues before acceptance.

• Should be able to do drive test analysis.

• Prepare and submit Acceptance Reports (PowerPoint/PDF) summarizing site performance.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to address punch list items and ensure site readiness for acceptance.

The candidate should have working experience on Ericsson tools like ITK, ENM, iFlow, Netcam etc.
