RF Engineer

Responsibilities
• Responsible for all cell planning activities for a new replacement site and decom activities for NTQ site.
• Create replacement Drawing, HOP, cell id
• Raise V1CR for customer approval with documents such as DSA, NSJF, E6a, EE & 3UK Plots and Capacity reports.
• Prepare slide pack showing the impact on coverage due to removal of NTQ and with new replacement for both EE and 3UK using Asset. Also prepare capacity report for both EE & 3UK. And raise V1CR for customer approval.
• Update Crammer tool, Nemesis and issue Nomination form using RAN planning database. • Review General Arrangement (GA) drawings received from IM and revert with approval or rejection comments.
• Update Nemesis and issue Rigging Data Sheet (RDS) using RAN planning database. • Review Detailed Design (DD) drawings received from IM and revert with approval or rejection comments..
• Review Certificate of Conformance (COFC) received from IM and revert with approval or rejection comments.
• Update tools and system for decom site and raise V1CR for approval.

Tools understanding

Crammer tool, NRM, Metricell, ADC build

Added advantage: ACP/ with planning experience is added advantage

Prefer the candiates who already worked on MBNL project/UKI RSD deliveris

Scopes

HOP, RDS, Drawings: GA /DD, Nominations

Technical Proficiencies
• Must have knowledge on radio network planning for 2G,3G and 4G.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Asset/Atoll/Mentum Planet planning tool.
• Must have 2 years’ experience on Crammer tool, NRM, Metricell, ADC build and able to update the tool on various tab like Cell, Site, Base station, Sector antenna, Rigging etc.
• Advanced understanding of Certificate of Conformance (COFC), Rigging Handover Pack (RHP), Rigging Installation and Commissioning Certificate (RICC), RET logs, Antenna types, Combiners, Diplexers, Triplexers, Quadplexers, RRUs, MHAs used in EE and H3G network and able to update Nemesis and other tools and system.
• Knowledge and experience working with ADC build and its applications like, V1CR, Wurzel, Sitenet and ARR.
• Essential to have experience with tools like Metricell, EE Smart tools, RAN Planning Database,
