ossess 8+ years of hands-on experience in LTE/VoLTE/5G SA/NSA network optimization and performance improvement.

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned NDO projects to the Market Area, ensuring milestones, quality, and customer commitments are met.

Perform multi-vendor (Samsung, Huawei, Ericsson) and multi-technology optimization across LTE, VoLTE, and 5G NR networks.

Conduct RF post-launch optimization activities including cluster acceptance and performance tuning.

Analyze OSS/KPI data, drive-test logs, traces, and network statistics to perform root-cause analysis and improvement planning.

Drive Worst Cell analysis, KPI monitoring, and targeted optimization actions to enhance network performance.

Prepare professional customer deliverables including performance reports, acceptance documents, and technical analysis.

Utilize network planning and optimization tools such as Atoll, MYCOM, ENIQ/BI, NETAN, and LOGTOOL.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address queries and represent technical delivery in meetings.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, troubleshooting capability, and ability to deliver high-quality results within defined processes and timelines.
