Network Engineer

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Ericsson ENM – FM, PM, CM

• Hands-on with Ericsson eNodeB and gNodeB configuration and optimization

• Proficiency in 4G & 5G KPI analysis using Ericsson ENM PM counters and reports

Soft Skills Required

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, time-critical environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for quick decision-making during live events

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with Customer and management teams

• High sense of ownership and accountability

• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive mindset

• Team player with the ability to multitask across multiple cells and sites simultaneously

Preferred / Good to Have

• Prior experience in special event network management or mass gathering deployments

• Power BI knowledge
